Brexit - Pending EU Trade Mark applications - joint statement

BMM signed a joint statement of several European IP & Legal organisations regarding the proposed handling of pending EU trade mark applications during the transitional period as set out in Article 55 of the European Commission Draft Withdrawal Agreement.
